Subscription and Cancellation Policy

Non-Refundable Subscription Charges
Paid Cortex subscriptions are non-refundable. This applies to initial charges and renewal charges for monthly and annual plans, except where a refund is required by applicable law. The price, billing interval, and subscription terms are presented before you complete checkout.
Cancellation of Future Renewals
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal available from your Subscription page. Cancellation prevents a future renewal charge; it does not refund the current paid term. Your paid access continues through the end of that term, and the subscription will not renew afterward.
Checkout Acknowledgement
Before beginning a paid subscription, you must affirmatively acknowledge that charges are non-refundable and that cancellation stops future renewals while preserving access through the paid term. Cortex records the checkout session, policy version, and acknowledgement for account administration.
Billing Questions and Payment Disputes
If you believe there is a billing error or have a subscription concern, please contact Cortex through the Contact page before initiating a payment dispute. Cortex will review the concern promptly and may request the account email, charge date, and supporting information. This request does not limit any right you may have under applicable law.
Payment Processing
Payments and subscription management are processed through Stripe (stripe.com). Cortex does not store full payment-card information.
Free Tier
The Cortex Sports Analytics free tier does not involve any charges and therefore is not subject to this refund policy. You may use the free tier indefinitely at no cost.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. Any changes will apply to purchases made after the updated Effective Date.
