Cortex Sports Analytics offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or most recent renewal payment. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Please include your account email address and the date of the charge you would like refunded. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.

Refund Eligibility

The following guidelines apply to refund requests:

• Initial purchase: Full refund available within 30 days of your first subscription payment.
• Renewal payments: Full refund available within 30 days of each renewal charge.
• Requests after 30 days: Refunds for charges older than 30 days are not available, but you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
• Multiple refunds: If you have previously received a refund and resubscribe, the 30-day guarantee applies to each new subscription period.

Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription and requesting a refund are separate actions. Cancellation stops future billing and allows you to continue using your subscription until the end of the current billing period. A refund returns the payment for the current billing period. If you request a refund, your subscription will also be cancelled and access to paid features will end when the refund is processed.

Payment Processing

All payments and refunds are processed through Stripe (stripe.com). Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.

Free Tier

The Cortex Sports Analytics free tier does not involve any charges and therefore is not subject to this refund policy. You may use the free tier indefinitely at no cost.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. Any changes will apply to purchases made after the updated Effective Date.
